Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, Dava, and their two sons. An avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast, he brings the same drive, energy and competitive spirit to his business that he does to his favorite activities.

As Co-Owner and Office Manager—and wife of Master Plumber Nate Decker—she wears many hats to keep our business organized, efficient, and running smoothly. Dava manages everything from complex commercial scheduling to residential dispatch, providing the essential logistics that allow every plumber on our team to focus entirely on delivering exceptional service to our customers..
When she’s not managing the office, Dava enjoys reading, spending time with her family and baking. Her leadership, organization, and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of the Aqua Pros family.

Pablo is one of Aqua Pros’ rising stars. Having grown up in a family of plumbers, he developed a passion for the trade at an early age and has quickly established himself as one of the most promising young technicians in the Valley.
Known for his exceptional work ethic, professionalism, and integrity, Pablo takes pride in delivering outstanding service to every customer. He and his wife are proud parents to a toddler and are excited to be welcoming another child into their family soon! We are fortunate to have Pablo as a part of the Aqua Pros team.
Meet Todd
Plumbing Technician
Todd is one of the most versatile members of the Aqua Pros team. As an apprentice, he assists our lead technicians while steadily developing into a skilled plumber in his own right. His strong work ethic, attention to detail and eagerness to learn make him an invaluable asset to every project.
When he’s not on the job, Todd enjoys painting, creating artwork with multiple mediums, and building custom furniture. His creativity and eye for design are evident in everything he does. Dependable, organized, and always punctual, Todd represents the bright future of Aqua Pros.
