Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, Dava, and their two sons. An avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast, he brings the same drive, energy and competitive spirit to his business that he does to his favorite activities.

Dava manages everything from complex commercial scheduling to residential dispatch, providing the essential logistics that allow every plumber on our team to focus entirely on delivering exceptional service to our customers..
When she’s not managing the office, Dava enjoys reading, spending time with her family and baking. Her leadership, organization, and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of the Aqua Pros family.

With more than 30 years of plumbing experience in the valley, Joe is the most seasoned technician on our team. His extensive knowledge, problem solving skills, and efficiency allow him to tackle even the most challenging plumbing issues with confidence.

Todd is one of the most versatile members of the Aqua Pros team. As an apprentice, he assists our lead technicians while steadily developing into a skilled plumber in his own right. His strong work ethic, attention to detail and eagerness to learn make him an invaluable asset to every project.
When he’s not on the job, Todd enjoys painting, creating artwork with multiple mediums, and building custom furniture. His creativity and eye for design are evident in everything he does. Dependable, organized, and always punctual, Todd represents the bright future of Aqua Pros.
